On to new frontiers in the cleanroom universe – together
In April, we informed you of Hydroflex Group joining forces with Dastex Group GmbH. We are happy to announce that this week, we successfully finalized and closed the transaction which brings together two pioneers in the cleanroom market. Dastex is now the new shareholder of Hydroflex and Dastex CEO Matthias Ahlgrimm, as well as CFO Lars Engeler, have joined Edward Becker as Managing Directors of Hydroflex.
With everything in place, we are now embarking on our journey to new frontiers in the cleanroom universe. What does this mean for you as customers and partners?
