There’s no one-size-fits-all process.

Normally, there are several interviews with us. The first introduction usually takes place via Teams or on-site. If everything fits, there will be a follow-up interview or a trial workday. If both sides are convinced, the contract follows. Depending on the department and your qualifications, the process may vary slightly, as each role has its own specific requirements.

Onboarding

After you’re hired, you’ll go through a professional onboarding process. Your first day will start with a tour of the building, where you’ll also meet your first colleagues. Next comes setting up your laptop and beginning your initial training sessions.

In addition to safety briefings and an introduction to our company culture and IT systems, you’ll get an overview of the various departments during your first days and weeks. Each department will briefly introduce its team and tasks so you can get to know key contacts and interfaces. Finally, you’ll receive an introduction to Hydroflex’s product world.
